• Account Details: When you register an account, we collect your name, email address, gender (optional, used to customize notifications/reminders), and a secure password.
• Personal Notes & Journaling: Any reflections, notes, or highlights you write while completing your Daily Walk or reading Scripture are stored securely. These are completely private and only accessible to you when logged in.
• Prayer Requests: When you share a prayer request in the community prayer feed, you have the option to post it with your name or anonymously. Anonymous prayers strip your profile identifiers so your identity is never visible to other users.
• Billing Information: Payments for premium features (such as the AI Guidance Mentor) are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to support your spiritual growth and maintain the application:

• To save and track your Daily Walk completions and progress streak.
• To render your personal notes, scripture bookmarks, and folders.
• To deliver daily reminders and notifications according to your preferences.
• To secure your account and authenticate your sign-in.
• To process premium subscriptions and keep the service ad-free.

3. Data Protection and Security

We take security seriously and implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal details:

• All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.
• Password credentials are securely hashed and cannot be read by our staff.
• We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketing agencies or third parties.

4. Your Controls and Choices

You have full ownership of your data and can manage it at any time from your Account settings:

• You can update your preferred display name or email address.
• You can create, edit, or delete notes and journal entries.
• You can delete your shared prayer requests from the community feed.
• You can turn notifications on/off or change the time you receive reminders.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to the app. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
